Since my job took me to London frequently I've probably been in their shop more then any hobby shop in the U.S. First of all, their product range is outstanding. Second of all, they have, at least in my experience the best search engine in the industry. Easy to use, type in a keyword and a scale and anything and everything that is available (and some items that are not) come up in a nice easy to use screen. Conversely. their prices are premium and certainly not a bargain. Their shipping is espensive but quick. I find their customer service to be responsive. The few issues I've had with them regarding errors in an order (mostly self induced) were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. If you need it, Hannants has it..just be prepared to pay for it.
