A good range of products, better prices than most other stores, very quick postage and at reasonable rates, items all well packed, great people to talk to. I have been using this store for a long time and will continue to do so.

I have dealt with Jadar Hobby on several occasions. There selection of hard to find models is second to none. Excellent service even though I am in the States and he is in Poland. Shipping prices are fair, and the models always arrive in great condition. If you are interested in high quality models that you can’t find at discount websites, then Jadar Hobby is THE place to be.

Przez 2 dni nie mia?em informacji o wys?aniu paczki. Wys?a?em zapytanie, dlaczego paczka nie zosta?a wys?ana. Otrzyma?em odpowied?, ?e wys?ano j? dzie? wcze?niej. Podzi?kowa?em i czeka?em na paczk?. W mi?dzy czasie w?a?cicielowi sklepu co? odbi?o i zacz?? przesy?a? dziwne maile. Pokrótce poradzi?em mu, ?e takie zachowanie odstrasza klientów i sugeruj? troch? usprawni? te? sposób informowania klientów – ci?gle kulturalnie. Zacz??em otrzymywa? odpowiedzi pisane w sposób chamski, czego uwi?czeniem by? ten mail:

Quite good prices, especially for Jadar-group products. Often has out of stock goodies which are then either refunded, or that amount used for future orders (quite annoying actually).

Good packing and reasonable shipping costs.

Whatever you need, they have it. Prices was attractive, due to Italeri/Zvezda European distributor requests they are higher now (to cope with the current crisis I assume), support is decent.
It seems that all that story about higher prices are started in Poland with local distributor, so Jadar is now out of game, and others sell at higher prices. Hard to believe in the midst of the crisis.

The selection is lesser than on other websites but what there is comes at bargain prices. I had no problems ordering and got a refund on an item that was out of stock. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely.
